Privacy information

The data controller is MB “Gravijola” (Afigieni.lt). This information applies to the Afigieni.lt enquiry form. For enquiries and data processing questions, contact the website operator at mes@afigieni.lt or call +370 614 77870.

What do you submit and how is it used?

You provide your name, email address, an optional phone number, a description of your idea and any files you choose to attach. This information is used to assess your enquiry, prepare a quote and contact you about the service. Data from this form is not used for marketing messages.

Who can access your enquiry?

Your enquiry is stored in a non-public area of the website administration. Files are stored outside the public website directory; downloading them requires administrator permissions and a signed-in account. A notification about a new enquiry is sent to the website email address. Hostinger provides website hosting and email services.

How long is your data kept?

Enquiries and their files are automatically deleted from the website server after 90 days. Backups are kept according to the hosting provider’s backup cycle. Email notifications and subsequent correspondence may be retained for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and order.

Website protection

To limit automated spam enquiries and sign-in attempts, a one-way hash of the IP address is used for a short time. It is not stored in the enquiry itself. Uploaded file formats, contents, quantities and sizes are checked on the server.

Cookies and advertising measurement

The new homepage does not load advertising or analytics tracking scripts by itself. Signing in to WordPress uses cookies necessary for administration. Connecting advertising measurement tools and configuring their consent settings must be agreed separately.

To request a copy, correction or deletion of the data you submitted, or for other questions, contact mes@afigieni.lt. Do not submit sign-in credentials or other sensitive information that is not needed for your order.
